Packing a Rubbermaid Lunchbox (Giveaway)

Back to school and back to lunch packing. I will admit that packing lunch for two this year has proven to be a bit overwhelming. It’s not that it is a difficult task in itself but, making sure the boys have a healthy variety is important to me. I don’t want them to get sick of eating the same old things. I have made enough peanut butter and jelly sandwiches in the past 8 years to make me sick of making them.

Since Spencer started school this year, I wanted to make his lunch time as easy and fun as possible. I wanted his lunchbox to be not only healthy but organized. I am a big fan of Rubbermaid products so when I was asked if I would like to review the Rubbermaid LunchBlox, I couldn’t turn it down.  Here is a little bit of information on them.

Rubbermaid LunchBlox™ makes packing lunch easier than ever. These modular containers snap together in multiple configurations to efficiently use the space in your lunch box or bag. Containers are perfectly portioned for your favorite lunch foods with handy measurements on the sides of each container. Your lunch stays chilled with snap in Blue Ice™. Individual containers are sold separately from kits so you can configure a different way everyday.

  • Containers stack compactly to stay organized
  • Blue Ice™ keeps your lunch cool on the go
  • Secure lid seal
  • BPA-free
  • Microwave, Dishwasher, and Freezer Safe
  • Sandwich container holds regular and specialty bread
  • Sandwich Kit includes 2 Snack Containers, 1 Side Container, 1 Sandwich Container and 1 Medium Blue Ice

After getting lunches packed for the first week of school, I ended up loving these. So much so that I went out and bought two more.  These are so easy to get together that Spencer even puts everything in his lunch box by himself. It all fits together like a little puzzle.  I love that it comes with it’s own shaped ice pack that goes between the layers keeping everything cold.

The one you see pictured is the Sandwich Kit. Rubbermaid also has a Salad Kit and an Entree Kit!

I would love for you to try this so I have one to give to one luck reader!
