NEW @DelMonte Fruit Burst Squeezers #Giveaway
Hard to believe that we are already a month, or more for some, into school. Do you run out of ideas when packing school lunches? If you don’t, please share some of them with me! The Fruit Burst Squeezers™ are available in two varieties, and 5 flavors. Each is 1 serving of Fruit & Veggies = ½ cup; Concentrated equivalent to 3/4 cup fruit or 3/4 cup fruit & vegetables (75% fruit, 25% vegetables) based on USDA Equivalency Database. Did you get all that?

Spencer absolutely LOVED the Strawberry ones. He was not a fan of the Peach-Mango ones. Royal enjoyed the strawberry as well but not so much the others. We actually gave the Peach-Mango away to a friend to try. They liked them very much. I tried them but I wasn’t a fan. No reflection on the product itself, I am just not a big fruits and veggies eater, unfortunately.
A great idea I found was to freeze them. BY the time Spencer ate lunch, they had defrosted enough to be a fruit slushy and also acted as an ice pack. Depending on the temperature that day, he also was able to eat it normally and it was still cold.

No, I haven’t even seen them in stores. I will buy them though, my son is a big fruit eater and I’m trying to get more vegetables into him, so I’d go with the fruit+veggie though he would probably like the strawberry best.
